BRC250FE Combustion Chamber Inserts
BRC Racing offers a variety of combustion chambers for your BRC250FE. The combustion chambers available are listed by model number – part number – compression ratio – chamber volume (measured in cubic centimeters and rounded to one decimal place). The volume of the combustion chamber is measured from the top of the spark plug hole with a piston protrusion of 1.55mm. The measurement method does not include the volume in the bore that exists between the piston top and ring. The volume measurements listed are relative to BRC Racing combustion chambers only and should not be compared with other manufactures because methods of measurements vary.

  This model of pipe provides a bias towards the top end without sacrificing much down low.  These pipes are a great overall performer and a common option for those looking for a little more over rev.  These can be fitted to any BRC250FE, Rotax 256, and FPE twin cylinder engines.

  This model is BRC Racing’s latest factory pipe.  These pipes are noted for having a large boost in top end performance with the greatest over rev.  These can be fitted to any BRC250FE, Rotax 256, and FPE twin cylinder engines.
  
  
  

RK Series Needles
BRC has recently made available a series of nineteen RK needles (part number #02-08-020) for the VHSB39 Del'Lorto carburetor.  These needles feature a taper profile that best suits the environment of 250 Superkart racing and the BRC250FE engine.  These new needles provide simplicity of tuning when using the attached needle charts and optimum performance from 0-100% throttle positions.

The RK needle charts show the main jet equivalent number at a certain throttle opening (measured in percent) when using a particular needle at any given clip position with the specified DQ tube. All RK series needles have the same 0-50% throttle position taper, which has proven to be the best for throttle response and fuel mixture. The RK series needles give the same 100% throttle position main jet equivalent number for all clip positions. This allows you to fine tune your throttle response by changing clip positions without changing the 100% number. The 100% throttle position main jet equivalent number is used to tune your maximum exhaust gas temperature. A change of one point in the 100% number will change your maximum exhaust gas temperature by approximately 6 degrees Celsius. Treat each cylinder as a separate engine and tune them separately based on the exhaust temperature and throttle position data you receive. A throttle position sensor is highly recommended by BRC in order to give you the most data possible for obtaining the best tune of your Superkart engine.

P1 Performance Rear Radiator Scoop for Anderson Chassis’s Increase the cooling efficiency of your Anderson kart by installing the BRC Racing designed - P1 Performance rear radiator scoop (part #02-013-019).  This scoop is made from sturdy fiberglass and is designed to fit snugly around any inline twin Superkart engine.  The scoop also incorporates an internal diffuser to properly saturate the entire radiator core with fresh air.
